- Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
- Has the license FOO with a rating of B 737 series
- Not color blind, as evidenced by a letter doctor
- Not serving on the Company's bond department
- Adaptable, disciplined, and have integrity
- Mastering the English language, spoken and written
