As at end of June 2010, Telkomsel’s customer base reached 88.32 million customers, representing a market share of approximately 47% of the full-mobility cellular market.

For the last 5 years (2005-2009), Telkomsel's operating revenues have grown from Rp21.13 trillion in 2005 to Rp41.58 trillion in 2009. Over the same period, the total number of Telkomsel's customer base increased from approximately 24.27 million as at end of 2005 to 81.64 million as at end of 2009, representing a CAGR of 54%.

Job Description:
  1. Serve customers as well as providing clear information about services.
  2. Identify and record problems or customer complaints.
  3. Handling complaints and resolving customer complaints.
  4. Provide info products, programs and services
requirements:
  • Male / Female, age maximum 26 years
  • Minimum D3 any majors
  • GPA min 2.75 (Swasta)
  • GPA min 2:50 (Negeri)
  • Have good communication skills
  • Able to speak English Active
  • Computer literate MS Min Office
  • Has good sound quality
  • Good looking
