Responsibilities:
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs (SAP)
- Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
- Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
- Investigates questionable data.
- S1 from reputable university majoring in Accounting
- Female, Maximum 25 years old
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply, 1-2 years experience will be advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset
- Good Attitude, hard working and team player
- Active English and MS Office familiarity are a must
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Have graduated from S1 technical or automotive background.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Purchasing Department
- Experienced in Trading will be advantage
- Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills
- Work well under pressure and able to work independently
- Experience in preparing technical and commercial contract is preferable
- TOEIC score above 600
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, Execute and coordinate with talk force members to establish and implement CBHRM System
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization
- Male/Female, S1 Law/HRM, age max 35 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience in HRM, especially in setup and implementation of CBHRM
- Good knowledge of DEPNAKER’s Labor law and regulation
- Good Attitude, hard working and team player
- Active English and MS Office familiarity are a must
Responsibilities:
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
- Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications.
- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
- Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
- Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, and submit orders for processing.
- S1 from reputable university majoring in Economic/Management
- Male, Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Trading and Marketing
- Good Attitude, hard working and team player
- Active English and MS Office familiarity are a must
