Customer Service Representative (Hospitality - Business Centre, Serviced Office)

Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are responsible for ensuring the professional appearance of the Regus business centres and providing quality service to our clients according to Regus standards and procedures.

Requirements:

You will:

* Be the 1st point of contact for clientele and will be responsible for providing reception and administration duties.
* Be flexible and able to respond to client needs.
* Have a minimum of 2 years working experience in a service industry and or reception. Hospitality experience and qualifications highly regarded.
* Be proficient in MS suite of office products and preferably switchboard operations.
