Lowongan Kerja Golden Energy Mines Terbaru

Lowongan Kerja Golden Energy Mines is the coal mining group subsidiary of Dian Swastika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) - a Energy and Infrastructure company. Currently we supply 4-5 million tons of coal per annum to Coal Powerplants and Industries such as cement and paper both locally and internationally. We mine coal from our many concessions, and at the same time also purchase from other mine owners. We aim to be a reputable leading coal company with good consistent standards.

One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

1. Short Term Mine Plan Supervisor (Code : STE)

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum 3 Years Experience as mine plan engineer in coal mining industry
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certificate is preferable
• Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac
• Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving
• Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving
• Ready worked in remote area

2. Geotechnical Modeling Engineer/Geotechnical Engineer (Code : GME)

Requirements:

• Min. S1 Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering
• “Pratama” Certification – Mine and Energy – preferred
• Min. 2 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering
• Mining heavy industry experience is essential
• Having Experiences in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement
• Having skills in the in geotechnical analysis and modeling using geotechnical software
• Self motivated and self starter
• Good interpersonal relationship skill
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Must possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English
• Willing to be placed in site : South Kalimantan

3. Civil Designer/Drafter (Code : CDD)

• Minimum D3 in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience as Drafter
• Having experience in coal mining industry is preferable
• Mastering Autocad 2D - 3D
• Familiar with Civil & ME Drawing
• Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
• Ready worked in remote area

4. Environment Officer (Code : EVO)

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in coal mining industry
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Well understanding about mining operation
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
• Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willing to be placed in site

5. Trading Sourcing Supervisor (Code : TSS)

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 in Marketing or Management or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• More than 3 years of working experience in COAL trading/purchasing business
• Fluent in English, Good interpersonal skills, energetic and creative
• Computer literate (Windows, Office, email & internet)
• Result oriented with strong initiative and excellent communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Open minded and willing to learn new things

6. Infrastructure Project Supervisor (Code : IPS)

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum 3 Years Experience in road infrastructure, bridge, port
• Have experience in Construction and hauling road maintenance will be advantage
• Have “Keahlian Pelaksana Jalan “ certificate is prefered
• Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving
• Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving
• Be able to adapt quickly

7. HRGA Asst. Manager (Code : HAM)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in handling personnel administration for all site employees; ex: insurance claim, absenteeism report, etc
• Responsible for internal and external relations & communication regarding to HR matters
• Implementing HR strategy to support operation division to achieve their target.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Law/Psychology/Management from reputable University
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position (site area)
• Excellent working knowledge of Industrial Relations practice, labor law or government regulation, employment agreement, HR Procedures and Process
• Experience in handling compensation-benefit and personnel administration
• Experience in coal mining industry will be an advantage
• Strong leadership skills and good team work
• Will be placed in site : Kalimantan Selatan

8. Quality Control Supervisor (Code : QC)

Responsibilities:

• To provide the coal quality and processing plan which guides the mining operation in alignment with the clients coal requirements. Paramount in this is the profitability of the mining operation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Geology
• Minimum 2 - 3 year experience in a similar role at coal projects as Coal Quality Control
• Knowledge and understanding of clients, consultants, suppliers & subcontractors
• Good communication skills and analytical thinking
• Computer literacy
• Ready worked in remote area

9. Building Maintenance Foreman (Code : BMF)

Responsibilities:

• Melakukan penghitungan biaya pemeliharaan/perbaikan dan renovasi fasilitas bangunan
• Menghitung biaya real cost untuk pemeliharaan dan perbaikan
• Mengawasi pelaksanaan pembangunan dengan memperhatikan aspek kualitas serta proses administrasi pelaksanaan bangunan
• Mengelola, merawat dan melaksanakan updating dokumen teknik bangunan

Requirements:

• Min. D3 Jurusan Teknik Sipil - Construction
• Pengalaman min. 3 Tahun sebagai Building Maintenance Supervisor
• Menguasai Teknik Pekerjaan Sipil
• Menguasai mekanika/elektrika
• Mengerti spesifikasi teknik material
• Menguasai Administrasi Teknik Proyek

10. Production Department Head (Code : PDH)

Requirements:

• Male, min. 35 years old
• Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering
• Minimum 7 years experience in mining industry with minimum 3 years in managerial level as Production Department Head
• Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac
• Minimum POM certificate
• Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power)
• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
• Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Willing to be located in site : South Kalimantan
