Is Your Resume Viewed HRD Company?

Aspects that are usually seen (searchable) HRD in the selection of applications in general are:

* Clarity of Personal Data Applicants
Make sure you write personal info relevant to the job requirements are spoken for. If not, you should not write such personal information in the CV (as an initial stage of selection). * Academic Achievement
Write the title and achieve your academic achievement and final title / Thesis / Dissertation / Thesis. This information can reflect the potential power of intellect and cognition (reasoning), interest, perseverance and the quality of applicants within pursue a particular field.

* Indicators of success / success / other accomplishments
This can describe the toughness and perseverance of your work. For example, once the training / seminars to overseas / to the prestigious institutions of the achievement of your success in the company.
